Contemporary Warm Minimalism

Contemporary minimalism paired with timeless warmth was a non-negotiable design ethos for this new home. Nowhere is that more evident than in the bathrooms, where refined materials and thoughtful detailing create serene, spa-like sanctuaries.

Large-format grey tiles provide a sleek and calming canvas, elevated by terrazzo accents that add both texture and visual interest. Brushed brass tapware and fittings introduce a layer of understated luxury, perfectly balancing the minimalist aesthetic with a sense of warmth and sophistication.

The bathrooms feature wall-hung Primo Largo vanities, paired with sculptural Cerclo vessel basins. This combination enhances the perception of space while offering functional storage. An arched mirror, soft under-vanity lighting, and black-framed windows bring sophistication and balance to the design.

Additional highlights include a freestanding Marzo bath and Pioneer brushed brass fittings which provide an instant focal point that invites relaxation. The walk-in shower is equally considered, featuring fluted glass screens for texture and privacy, a recessed shelf for streamlined convenience, and slimline brass showerware to tie the look together.

Uno brushed brass tapware continues the design language through the kitchen and laundry, ensuring a consistent, elevated aesthetic throughout.
