Modern Revamp

This Dunedin home was renovated by owners who wanted to make a relatively modern house feel warmer, more practical, and better suited to everyday living. Although it was less than 10 years old, some areas—particularly the bathrooms, felt dark and heavy, and the kitchen and bathrooms were beginning to show signs of wear.

A big part of the renovation was the decision to use Hansgrohe tapware throughout the entire home. Rather than mixing different products and finishes, they chose to keep things simple and cohesive. The result is a refreshed home that feels lighter, more usable, and much more connected throughout, with fittings that will comfortably stand up to years of family life.
