"Last couple years I have been wanting to get my bathroom renovated. I just didn’t have much idea what exactly I wanted. Until I went to Oakleys. I fell in love with a bath. I know it sounds funny but it was love at first sight. The problem was I had no idea how to approach it. There enters Mona, the sales consultant. She asked questions, she has listened to what I wanted and although what it looked like a scary task before, the way she explained I knew she understood what I needed. She explained the process thoroughly and her knowledge of how system worked was assuring, she given me timelines, made suggestions. I felt that I was in safe hands. Through out the process she was my first point of contact, and she was very patient with me(really really patient). Work has gone smoothly.
