"Last couple years I have been wanting to get my bathroom renovated. I just didn’t have much idea what exactly I wanted. Until I went to Oakleys. I fell in love with a bath. I know it sounds funny but it was love at first sight. The problem was I had no idea how to approach it. There enters Mona, the sales consultant. She asked questions, she has listened to what I wanted and although what it looked like a scary task before, the way she explained I knew she understood what I needed. She explained the process thoroughly and her knowledge of how system worked was assuring, she given me timelines, made suggestions. I felt that I was in safe hands. Through out the process she was my first point of contact, and she was very patient with me(really really patient). Work has gone smoothly. The whole process was fantastic, Ally was super helpful..... she kept me up to date throughout on my order and arrival times. It was going to be 8 weeks in the Bay (a lot longer because they wouldn't get back to me). Ally said 3 weeks to arrive then shipping to me. I have the parcel already and in less time than expected. She was a big help in helping me to decide which items to purchase and not once did she try to pressure me to buy pricier items.
